ICRISAT Senior Manager/ Manager Business HR Recruitment 2024 - Qualifications and Experience
- Post Graduate Diploma /MBA in Human Resources
- Work experience of at least 10 years in Human Resources Management with at least 7 years in a business partnership or similar role. Experience in leadership roles and people management will be preferred.
- Ability to conceptualize human resources practices and bench mark them against industry best practices.
- Ability to analyse complex data, carry out and explain computations or to resolve complex problems
- Provides inputs into decisions making on complex problems
- Proven capability of delivery in a large multi-cultural and multi-location organization
- Experience in designing and implementing successful change management programs
- Proactive and achievement oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in written and oral communications in English
- Knowledge of any local/regional language may be an added advantage
