ICRISAT Program Operations Manager Recruitment 2024 - Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in animal production with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program operations management.
- Knowledge of small ruminant and poultry farming.
- Knowledge of forage crop production.
- Knowledge of establishing local agreements.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Be familiar with USAID’ reporting system is an advantage.
- Ability to implement activities in the field.
- Show passion and enthusiasm about peacebuilding.
- Be motivated to contribute to support in the fight against poverty and inequality.
- Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and target groups.
- Demonstrate ability to structure and plan activities to ensure results are met.
- Ability to take rational and timely decisions.
- Good oral and written communication skills in French.
- Good skills in MS-applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.).
- Speak fluently French and at least one local language (knowledge of English is an advantage).
