AP EAPCET 2023 Engineering Exams To Be Conducted from May 15-19

As on Tuesday, the number of applications received for AP EAPCET 2023 are 3,37,500. Higher education council sources claim that the number of candidates is increasing by 12 percent compared to last year. In 2022, with a penalty fee of Rs.10,000, the total number of applications reached only 2.90 lakh by the last deadline.

Last date is May14 with late fee
While the deadline with late fee of Rs.1000 is May 5, the deadline with late fee of Rs.5000 is till May 12 and with late fee of Rs.10000 till May 14. The EAPCET exams will be conducted on computer basis from May 15. Due to the large number of applications received for these exams, the schedule of the exams has been extended by an additional day. Originally, it was earlier thought that the exams would be completed in a total of 8 sessions with two sessions per day from 15th to 18th.

The AP State Council of Higher Education has taken a decision to extend the exams for one more day. EAPCET engineering stream exams will be conducted from 15th to 19th. In the agriculture stream, earlier applications were received up to 80 thousand, this time their number has reached 96 thousand. The agriculture stream exams will be conducted on May 22 and 23. Meanwhile, 75 percent weightage will be given to marks in EAPCET and 25 percent weightage to intermediate marks and ranks will be given.

BSc nursing seats are also filled through EAPCET
The B.Sc Nursing seats which are being filled by NTR Health University so far will also be filled based on the EAPCET 2023 ranks from the academic year 2023-24. With this, the students competing for these seats will also apply for the EAPCET and appear for the exams.
